Conventional wisdom says... Texas A&M wouldn't have left the Big 12 if they weren't SURE the SEC would take them... and the SEC wouldn't take Texas A&M if they weren't SURE they could get a 14th (or 14th, 15th, & 16th) team(s).  This assumes there aren't any Mike Hamilton's involved... Lord I could see Mike Hamilton pulling Tennessee out of the SEC without a guaranteed spot to land... so assuming there is a 14th who is it?

My list of possibilities, which isn't exciting...

Missouri - Missouri get's out of a dying conference, SEC gets into St. Louis and Kansas City

Oklahoma -Big12 sucks, SEC rocks, good historic program, Auburn probably moves east

Maryland - gets out of the ACC out from under tobaco road and the SEC get's D.C. and Baltimore

Virginia Tech - Don't think this will happen after the effort it took to get into the ACC, if they were still in the Big East I think they would be 14, opens up D.C.

West Virginia - Not a fan, doesn't give much,

NC State - gets the SEC into N.C.... not a great team... not much history, but its better than Wake, and Duke and NC wouldn't come... so...

Should be interesting...

Top Accomplishments:

1. Replaced University of Alabama with Troy and replaced University of Florida with Florida International

2. Replaced natural grass and hardwood with brick

3. Changed conference bylaws teams were paid to leave conference.

4. Drammatically increased bottled water sales.

So as you can see below my SEC picks are up... pretty straight forward... enjoy... after the season i'll go back and look at how i did... right now green is winning red is losing... after the season the colors will be revised so that green is a correct pick, red is an incorrect choice.... i hope to do the same thing with the NFL.... also plan on doing weekly picks (which may or may not match the ones shown below, depending on momentum, injuries, and arrests)  Also stay tuned because uncommonfan.com is going to have weekly top 10's for both the NFL and College Football!!!

These certainly are exciting times!
